Ingredients needed are:
1 Ham of desired size
1 Small Pack ofCloves
1/4 cup yellow Mustard

For Glaze:
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce 
1 tsp Yellow Mustard 
1 tbsp. White Vinegar 
1/4 cup Honey

Preparing the ham glaze in your Belize vacation rental is quite an easy procedure all you need to do is mix all ingredients together. Baking the hamjust place fat side up in roasting pan, the mustard isspread over the ham surface then covered with foil and roasted for an approximately 13-17 minutes per pound. Then remove ham 20 minutes before finishing and remove any skin. Cut in uniform diamond shapes on the ham's fat surface and insert cloves in each diamond, then brush on glaze and bake for 10 minutes uncovered which after 10 minutes reapply glaze and cook for another 10-20 minutes or until glaze is brown. The ham should be baked at 135 degrees in the center to ensure that cooking is complete which can be served with Rice and Beans or Flour Tortilla and salad.
